OPTION 1: Upfront Payment

Key details:
- Due by 31 July 2026.
- If you sign your contract earlier, your invoice due date will still remain 31 July 2026 — you may choose to pay any time before the deadline.
- Payment methods: Direct bank deposit, or bank cheque (bank cheque available for upfront payments only).
OPTION 2: 2-Year Trimester Payment Plan (PAYG)
$18,900 AUD total — $3,150 AUD per Trimester
A flexible, pay-as-you-go structure paid directly to RMDY over two years.
Key details:
- Payment is due at the commencement of each Academy Trimester.
- Trimester One payment: Due 30 June 2026 to guarantee your place.
- Remaining five Trimesters are due on the following dates each year:30 January 2027, 30 May 2027, 30 August 2027, 30 January 2028, 30 May 2028
Payment methods:
Direct bank deposit. Bank cheques are not accepted for payment plans.
Additional Costs to consider
To gain hands-on experience, students are required to seek mentorship from an RMDY Approved Qualified Homeopath to review and sign off on their prescriptions. This mentorship includes supervision of 10 initial case-takings and two follow-up appointments per case.
Students have the flexibility to choose their own mentor (subject to RMDY Academy approval) or select one from the RMDY Academy’s Directory of Mentors once available. Mentorship fees are determined privately between the student and the mentor, as this arrangement is independent of RMDY Academy.
On average, RMDY Mentors charge around $50 per client portfolio (approximately $500 AUD) for guidance. Some mentors offer their time voluntarily, aiming to assist as many students as possible, while more experienced mentors may charge between $100 and $150 per portfolio (approximately $1,000 - $1,500 AUD) for a more in-depth mentorship experience.
Each client portfolio consists of one initial case-taking and two follow-up consultations, resulting in a total of 30 consultations.
Students are strongly encouraged to invest in the Radar Opus package, available at a discounted rate for RMDY Students. This powerful tool significantly enhances the learning experience by providing a comprehensive and efficient approach to case analysis and repertorisation.
While it is possible to complete the program using Materia Medicas, repertories, and free online homeopathic software, these alternatives are far less comprehensive than Radar Opus. Additionally, RMDY Academy provides a list of recommended readings and supplementary materials, which students may choose to purchase at their discretion.

If you prefer to spread your tuition across manageable repayments, you may apply for finance through Elevant, an external Australian personal finance provider.

- Anyone who is over 18 years old, an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or tax resident, and obtains a regular income is eligible to apply for a loan.

Receive your conditional approval
Elevant will assess your application and provide conditional approval outlining:
- your approved loan amount

Non-Australian Students
We offer the following payment options for students based outside Australia:
1. Bank Transfer
Bank transfer details are provided on your invoice and in the accompanying invoice email.
2. Direct Debit
Direct debit is available at no additional cost.
Students must contact the Academy prior to processing to:
- Have the invoice issued in their local currency, and
- Confirm their preferred withdrawal date.
3. Card Payment
Card payments are available and incur a 1.7% card surcharge.
