Frequently Asked Questions

No food is to be brought into the hall. You are welcome to leave the venue for meal times if you would prefer to purchase externally. There are lots of local cafes and restaurants. These breaks are a great chance to meet new people and connect.

The conference hall is accessible by ticket holding adults only. However, there is a parents room downstairs and your support person is more welcome to bring your child/children to the venue throughout the conference day/s if they wish to visit or need you.

Please let us know when you purchase your ticket of your dietary requirements and we will absolutely be able to cater to this for you. Please let us know the specifics at check out in the notes section.

We intend to live-stream the conference and provide recordings, however we are currently awaiting quotes and final confirmation for these services. As such, live-streaming and replay tickets are not available yet.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person directly via your online ticket account. No action from the organisers is required.

No. This is an educational conference and not a clinical setting. While many experienced homeopaths will be in attendance, no formal consultations or prescriptions will be offered during the event.

Yes. A selection of remedies, accessories, and first aid kits will be available for purchase during the conference, subject to stock availability.
